Chapter 1 • Mission

SKYLARK was created with a clear purpose:to make luxury travel effortless.

As a tech-forward travel agency, we combine the ease of online booking with the expertise of real advisors who’ve actually been where you want to go, unlocking insider rates, exclusive perks, and personalized service at the world’s most coveted hotels.

Three things make us different

  • Booking benefits. Preferred rates and perks not available on mass-market sites.
  • Curation. Only top-quality hotels make the platform.
  • Dedicated human support. A real advisor who knows your booking and advocates for you with the hotel.

Hotels We Vouch For

Every property in the collection got there because someone on our team has been and would book it for a friend. We’re selective about who joins the list.

Travelers Who Come Back

Most of our travelers found us through someone who already books with us. They keep coming back because what the site promises is what shows up at the front desk.

Long Enough To Know

We’ve been booking luxury stays since 2014. Long enough to know which suite has the view, which spa is worth the wait, which restaurant is worth the res.

Chapter 4 • Q&A

The Benefits ofBookingwith SKYLARK.

Twelve answers to the things people ask before they join. If something is missing, our advisors are one email away at info@skylark.com.

SKYLARK is a luxury hotel booking platform with perks like upgrades, breakfast and resort credits at 4,000+ hand-picked hotels worldwide. Every booking is backed by real human advisors who know your trip and advocate for you with the hotel.

Three things: booking benefits (preferred rates and perks not available on mass-market sites), curation (only top-quality hotels make the platform), and dedicated human support (a real advisor who knows your booking and advocates for you with the hotel).

Three tiers: SKYLARK Guest is free and includes curated listings and public rates. SKYLARK Friend is $250/year and unlocks our "Friends With Amenities" (FWA) rates. SKYLARK Best Friend is invitation-only ($1,000/year) for our most dedicated travelers.

FWA rates at 4,000+ properties, which generally include daily breakfast for two, a $100+ property credit, priority for room upgrades and early/late check-out, signature SKYLARK Experiences, insider pricing (20–50% off at select stays), and on-demand advisor service.

Once your annual hotel bookings reach $25,000 in qualifying spend as a Friend, you'll receive a personal invitation; activating costs $1,000/year. Benefits add your own SKYLARK executive, The Private Collection, an extended VIP profile, restaurant access through Prima, two Friend memberships to grant, first access to new SKYLARK products and phone + text support. Once your annual bookings reach $50,000 you can claim a confirmed suite upgrade, and SKYLARK will provide a promo code on request after you've paid for Best Friend once and achieved $50,000 in annual bookings.

Advisors act as your liaison with the hotel: customizing your stay (bedding, room location, connecting rooms), destination recommendations, proactive advocacy for upgrades and early/late check-out, handling modifications or cancellations, and real-time support if anything goes wrong during your trip.

No. These are always subject to availability and offered as a courtesy from the hotel. Your booking is flagged as a preferred travel-advisor reservation, which hotels typically prioritize over high-volume credit card programs. Best Friends can claim one suite upgrade per membership year once their annual bookings reach $50,000 (entry-category suite, participating properties, subject to availability, three-night minimum, excluding peak dates). If no suite is available, the upgrade can't be fulfilled and no make-good credit, cash refund, or substitution will be issued; it doesn't roll over and is forfeited if unused during the membership year.

Yes. In nearly all cases, SKYLARK bookings are treated as direct bookings by the hotel's loyalty program. Present your loyalty number at check-in to earn points and elite-night credit and to receive your status benefits during the stay.

The rates shown are generally the hotel's best available flexible public rates. When a SKYLARK rate is higher, it's usually a value-added rate bundling benefits like daily breakfast, property credits, or upgrades that would cost hundreds of dollars if purchased separately.

Per-stay property credits ($100+) come with most FWA bookings and are "use it or lose it" during your stay (spa, dining, etc.).

Unless stated otherwise, your card is charged by the supplier (hotel, airline, tour company). Bookings follow each hotel's own payment and cancellation policy. A deposit or prepayment may be charged at booking; otherwise the card guarantees the reservation and is charged at arrival. Flights are charged at ticketing. Membership and activation fees are non-refundable once processed.
