Table Bay’s High Tea is nothing short of iconic, thanks in part to pastry chef Lee-Andra Govender. Where else in town will you find desserts topped with literal gold foil? As you sink into your paisley chair, you help yourself to as many rooibos marshmallow brownies, pumpkin cheesecakes gouetts and lemon poppy seed scones as you can handle.
