The real draw of the Hotel Due Torri is its location in the heart of Verona’s historical district. Sitting on a quiet lane just north of the piazza Navona, the hotel is just steps from the city’s top sightseeing destinations. This certainly isn’t a hotel for those wanting an over-the-top luxury experience, however, the five-star options in Verona are very limited and Due Torri is a charming hotel at a great value. The 89 rooms are relatively small beginning at 215 square feet, but definitely have an authentic period style with tapestry-covered walls, parquet floors and rich wooden furniture. A terrace restaurant and bar was also a welcomed addition to the hotel allowing guests panoramic views of the city’s monuments.
