Paradero Todos Santos
If clean-lined architecture and artful-yet-earthy interiors are your vacation fever dream, welcome to paradise. Every suite here (and by the way: every room is a suite) is sprawling, starting at a whopping 640 square feet for a Garden Suite Hammock—which is fitted with, yes, an artisanally made handwoven hammock for rocking on our private terrace. We love the Garden Suite Soaking Tub for its indoor/outdoor rain shower and, yes, soaking tub; for a honeymoon worthy retreat, consider the 780 square foot Cacti View Sky Suite, which has a suspended “star net” to frolic on lofted above the private rooftop. Whichever room you select, expect the works: including air conditioning (phew!), zippy free WiFi, and inclusive experiences like yoga, gardening classes, architecture panels, group hikes and sunset cocktail hour.
A spa-like retreat of brutalist architecture with enormous suites, a spa inspired by ancient Mexican wellness traditions, a locavore bar and restaurant, and infinity pool.
A standard-issue Mexican vacay. Experiences for guests here range from sound healing and temazcal sweat lodge ceremonies to morning yoga on the sand.
The entire property is adults-only (18 and up). Translation: peace and quiet at every turn.
From your garden-side table in the twilight air at Paradero Restaurant, every dish tastes transcendent. But it’s the short ribs with black garlic demi-glace and cactus al pastor with tatemado pineapple puree that has your heart…
